Your sacred pause

Let your feet rest on the floor. Look around and notice three things you can see. Relax your shoulders if that feels comfortable. Take a gentle breath at your own pace.

Ask yourself: What is one kind thing I can do for myself today? Choose something small: a glass of water, a short stretch, a quiet moment, or asking for help.

Where can I make a little more room for myself this week?
