Carmen Esmeralda Ventura is a dedicated healer, coach, and spiritual guide with a profound passion for empowering individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves. As the co-founder of SelfCare💜WeCare, Carmen combines her extensive expertise as a certified Firewalk Instructor, Inner Child Healing Coach, and holistic wellness practitioner to create transformative experiences for her clients.

Born into a proud Hispanic family, Carmen draws inspiration from her cultural heritage and Indigenous traditions. Her journey of overcoming personal trauma and navigating life as an immigrant has deeply shaped her mission to help others heal from emotional wounds and reclaim their inner strength. Carmen specializes in inner child healing, firewalking retreats, ancestral ceremonies, and chakra alignment, weaving modern therapeutic techniques with the wisdom of ancestral practices.

With a holistic approach to healing, Carmen’s work focuses on creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can face their fears, embrace their vulnerabilities, and unlock their potential. Her vision for SelfCare💜WeCare is to inspire personal transformation while fostering a sense of community and connection. Through her workshops, retreats, and one-on-one coaching, Carmen empowers others to rise above their challenges and live with purpose, authenticity, and joy.

Outside of her work, Carmen is a proud Sun Dancer and Peace Dancer, honoring Indigenous traditions that fuel her commitment to spiritual growth and community service. She is driven by the belief that healing is a collective journey, and she is committed to making holistic wellness accessible to all.

Ashley Noely Ventura

Ashley Noely Ventura is an artist, songwriter, and certified life coach specializing in mentoring youth aged from 10-20. As the founder of SelfCare💜WeCare, Ashley channels her personal journey of overcoming childhood abuse and growing up in a dysfunctional family to inspire and uplift others. Her experiences have fueled her commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and embrace their authentic selves.

A dedicated mentor and role model, Ashley guides young artists as well other young creatives, through her music, empowering them to express their truths and unlock their creative potential in every way. She is also a certified Reiki healer and tarot card reader, offering spiritual guidance and energy alignment to those seeking clarity and balance.

As a Peace Dancer, Ashley honors & pays homage to her indigenous ancestral practices embodying harmony and connection, bringing these principles into her work to foster transformation and resilience. Her mission is to support others, particularly youth, on their healing journeys, helping them find strength in vulnerability and purpose through self-expression and self-care.
